  5. Overview: review Adminstration objectives;
  6. Review Prioritization procedure;
  7. Administration Element: draft goals and principles;
  8. Proposal: move all actions sections to an Annual Operating Plan, replace by detailed description of objectives following summaries from overview section;
  (we will work on the draft and make as much progress as possible, given the time we have in the meeting.
  Responsibility for completion of the draft will be assigned.)
