Accomplishments
1. Gualala public meeting held December 9, 2005 [Report];
2. Official MCWMA website published, including a calendar page, a links page, a link to our old CDFA page and a Spanish-language version of the website (donated).
3. Outreach to several individuals and organizations initiated; Attendees of Caspar, Mendocino and Gualala public meetings, Fort Bragg Grange, Western United Dairymen, Mattole Restoration Association, Fire Safe Council, Mendocino County Planning, Mendocino County Transportation.
4. Education and Outreach Workgroup meeting held January 11, 2006 [Minutes];
  - Draft Strategic Plan prepared (contributed to Draft merged from all workgroups);
  - Table for matching target audience and venue initiated;
  - Next Education and Outreach Workgroup meeting date Tuesday, February 14 10AM-12noon at Coast Community Library, Point Arena.
Plans
1. Letters of Invitation to join MCWMA will be mailed in advance of the Fort Bragg and Anderson Valley public meetings to stakeholders in these regions.
  The Memorandum of Agreement and flyers advertising the public meetings will be included in the mailing.
2. All MCWMA meetings will be announced in the coastal newspapers, on radio and on the website.
3. Flyers will be posted on community bulletin boards for public meetings only.
4. Anderson Valley public meeting to be held on Wednesday, February 22, 5-7PM at the Boonville Firehouse.
5. Fort Bragg public meeting to be held on Tuesday, February 28, 6:30-8:30 PM at the Fort Bragg Grange.

2. Names of stakeholders for mailing list of letter of invitation to join MCWMA.
3. Additional content for website, especially links (the easiest way to get started).

5. Online forms for entering weed distribution and treatment information.
