- Last Information Management Workgroup meeting held on June 6, 2006
- Spring Roadside Weed Survey
- Installed new
[chatroom]
software that allows you to save a transcript of the session.
- Purchased GPS unit.
- MCWMA intern Dan Young to develop new website features, including [sitemap]
and [image galleries].
- Volunteer Alice Miller developed sensitive species survey guidelines [sensitive species survey guidelines].
- IM Workgroup also finalised the
[reconaissance protocol]
[baseline survey guidelines] and
[monitoring guidelines]
- [Oregon Noxious Weed Review] mostly completed
- Plans
- Convert remainder of spreadsheets currently being used to store data into MySQL databases with online forms for
data entry.
- Implement the Fall/Winter roadside surveys with volunteers.
- Conduct weed surveys for Noyo/Big River Integrated Coastal Watershed Management Plan.
- Needs (if you can assist with any of these items, please contact Tara Athan at coord@mcwma.org)
- Comments on and assistancance in developing specifics of Sensitive Species Survey Guidelines.
- Additional weed distribution information requested.
- Add layers from experts meeting, State Parks, JDSF and Cape Ivy map from Mona Robinson to online maps.
